Epic Golf Club is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Concierge Lead to join and oversee our growing Scottsdale-based concierge team. This leadership role focuses on creating exceptional golf and travel experiences for our members by managing reciprocal play opportunities through our exclusive member network. As the Concierge Lead, you will supervise team operations and provide daily support and quality control.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a client-facing, service-focused environment
• Familiarity with golf and private club culture is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask at a high level
• Detail-oriented with excellent memory recall and a proactive mindset
• Professional, polished, and confident in handling VIP and high-level interactions
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and manage multiple systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the concierge team
• Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to Epic members
• Coordinate 150–200 reciprocal play requests per month, with no margin for error
• Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions, special requests, and service concerns
• Act as liaison between concierge operations and executive leadership, providing updates, insights, and resolution strategies
• Facilitate member-to-member tee time arrangements through our private club network
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email, SMS, and phone
• Ensure all member preferences and details are captured accurately and fulfilled promptly
• Maintain and improve internal systems and processes to increase efficiency and service quality
• Provide coaching, training, and support to concierge staff to uphold service standards and drive team performance
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented outcomes
