This positions includes but not limited to...
-Answering incoming calls and directing to the correct department
-Becoming well versed in our systems (DASH & iCat)
-Taking in new job information and prepping the information for our production team
-Scheduling new jobs
-Filing
-Mailing out invoices if needed
-Assisting other office members if needed

requirements
- Clean Background
-Valid Drivers License
-Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

*Bilingual is a plus!!
