South Restaurant is hiring Servers (tipped position + benefits)

South Restaurant + Coffeehouse is looking for experienced Servers with open availability for both AM and PM shifts.

The servers primary responsibility is to ensure guest delight by providing an exceptional experience that makes our guests want to return again and again. Basic duties include taking guest orders, serving food and beverage, accepting payments, and bussing tables. Another essential function is to advocate for the guest and give your best service 100% of the time. This is a tipped position.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience in a fast paced restaurant setting
• A current Municipality of Anchorage Food Workers Card
• A current TAP/TAM card
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Basic math/cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register/POS system
• Must be at least 21 years of age
