As our Grounds Crew , you play a key role in supporting our mission by maintaining a clean and safe experience for all internal and external clients on our campus.

DAY TO DAY:

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentability of the exterior of the Rose Quarter campus.

- Pressure washing of all exterior surfaces, including building walls, planters, pavers, sidewalks, and surrounding areas across the campus.

- Pressure wash interior and exterior areas of parking garages to maintain cleanliness and safety.

- Emptying and cleaning trashcans and recycling centers.

- Sweeping, vacuuming, shoveling, and cleaning parking garages, plazas, walkways, stairs, curbs, and other exterior areas of property.

- Composting landscape debris.

- Cleaning drains, catch basins, and fountains.

- Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces daily.

- Performing miscellaneous tasks to assist in preparation for events

- Responding to radio calls in a timely manner

WED LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

- Are at least 18 years of age.

- Possess effective social and oral communication skills.

- Are available to work early mornings and throughout the day.

- Can be on your feet and move around the venue for several hours at a time, including transporting large motorized vacuums and pressure washers ( up to 75 pounds), climbing stairs, bending, reaching, moving barriers and boxes, and holding equipment, frequently , demonstrating safe and proper body mechanics.

- Have landscaping or housekeeping experience, preferred.

- Work effectively on a team with people of diverse backgrounds.
