Open Call For Foh Staff This Wed For Soon To Be Open Ev Country Bar

Were fixing to open a brand new country bar in the east village, and were interviewing for a talented staff with a deep love of country music (old, new, and in between, we welcome it all!)

This isnt one of those disneyland country spots, this is the real deal, steeped in the music of the American South (the birthplace of country music) and the people who created the Sound

HIRING ALL POSITIONS
WE OPEN THE WEEK OF JULY 27, AND WILL BE TRAINING THE WEEK OF JULY 20TH

BARTENDERS: please have/be
-minimum two years high volume and cocktail bartending experience
-ability to manage self behind bar, as shifts require opening and or closing of the bar without a manager on duty
- big fan of country music
-musicians/songwriters/singers of the country/americana genre encouraged to apply
-warm and personable, and know how to engage guests, while having the discernment to let them be , if thats how theyre feeling
-great taste in music
-exude southern hospitality , and know how to make all guests feel accepted and welcome

BARBACKS: please have
-minimum two years barback experience in a bar or music venue
- big fan of country music
-musicians/songwriters/singers of the country/americana genre encouraged to apply
-warm and personable, and know how to engage guests, while having the discernment to let them be , if thats how theyre feeling
-great taste in music
-exude southern hospitality , and know how to make all guests feel accepted and welcome

DOOR PERSON: please have
-you have style
-you have personality
- you know how to read people well
- very warm and personable and know how to create a warm convivial atmosphere, while also being fully aware that you are working , and therefore maintain your professionalism and awareness of the line
- -sharp and attentive, you can spot potential issues before they arise
- -you have a real appreciation for country music
- you, too, exude southern hospitality , and know how to make all guests feel accepted and welcome
-Availabiltiy for Friday and/or Saturday nights (possibly Thursdays)
