Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as a General Maintenance Worker :

• Solve basic maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Record maintenance activities, tag outs, and complete tickets
• General janitorial duties, remove trash, and deliver supplies between buildings
• Keep grounds and walkways clean and free debris
• Provide service in a timely manner

Available Shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job Requirements:

• Previous property maintenance experience preferred
• Basic carpentry experience needed
• Able to lift to 50lbs
• Climb up and down step ladders
• Background Check required
