Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

Job Type: Full-time, rotating days, seasonal September-March
Location:
Destination Ranch outside Condon, Or. Housing and meals provided when working.

Job Purpose:

A hospitality concierge is responsible for providing the highest level of guest services to visitors of HHR. This person should be capable of making a guest feel at home while away from home, delivering memorable experiences, orchestrating exceptional guest services, and assisting with any requests that visitors might have.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a personalized and friendly greeting.
Provide intuitive, friendly, yet quiet dinning service during family style meals.
Tidy guest rooms & public spaces within the lodge.
Assist chef when needed.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Knowledge in providing recommendation and suggestions for places to visit, dine, and sightseeing within the Columbia Gorge area.

Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences.

Liaise with others within the HHR team including the chef, front office, ranch staff, and management.

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in the hospitality
industry, with a emphasis on guest services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the local area and attractions and or ability to learn.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
High level of organization and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours
Due to location of the ranch and start times, overnight housing available on work days.

A positive, friendly attitude, is a MUST with a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.

Work Environment:

Job is primarily indoors however we do have special events outdoors and may be working outdoor in a variety of weather conditions.
The role also requires some physical activity, such as lifting up to 50lbs and carrying luggage
Days are long and mostly standing
Salary: $40K-$55K for 6 months of work

Position is seasonal.
The lodge is open 7 days a week taking 4 days off at Thanksgiving and mid December through first week of January.

Season: September- April 1st, 2026
