NOTICE OF FILINGThis job opportunity notice is posted by Universal Cleaning Connect, Inc for US and H-2B Workers:Position: 50 Temporary, Full-time DishwashersDates of Employ: October 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026Temporary Position Job Duties include:Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.Cleans and sanitizes storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators.Assists in storing food deliveries.Monitors trash cans throughout shift, making sure to removes full trashcans and boxes as needed and at the end of each shift.Maintains the cleanliness of dry storage areas and the organization of storage shelves.Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef and other managers as needed.Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures.Ensures that dishwashers are in working order and reports problems as they arise.Assists with closing, including aiding in the sanitation of cooking and food preparation stations.Job requirements:No education needed.4 months of experience required.Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard foodservice equipment, adaptability, decision-making, customer service, oral communication on, planning, and problem solving.On-the-job training will be provided to perform the relevant duties.All Uniforms, tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at the worksite at no charge.Worksites:Work will be performed in multiple worksites - more specifically at:1705 E Lakeshore Dr, Whitefish, MT 59937Work Hours:Hours vary in shifts from 9am-4pm or 4pm-11pm. Work on Saturday and Sunday might be required.Rate of Pay:Employers offer 35-40 hours a week and employees are paid weekly or bi-weekly. Workers will be paid no less than $15.17 per hour. Hours vary. Work on Saturday and Sunday might be required. Time in excess of 40 hours will be paid overtime, lawful rate of $22.76 per hour. A single workweek (or biweekly) will be used to compute wages due. All deductions required by law will be deducted from the workers' weekly paycheck, as well as transportation and lodging charges if applicable.Details:The anticipated period of employment will last 207 days or more. The Employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period noted above, the employer will reimburse the worker for in-bound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon Completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workers originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of $59 p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Lodging and transportation are available by the employer at the rate of $125 per week for dormitory-style lodging and $100 per week for transportation to and from the worksite each day of employment from a designated pick-up location. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations in the Whitefish County area. Employer doesn't provide workers daily board (food). Workers are responsible for obtaining and preparing their own food.
