Touchmark on West Prospect is the Fox Valley's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking a compassionate person to join our talented team as a Part-time Custodian!

As a Custodian , you will enrich lives every day by ensuring that our community’s common areas are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant spaces for residents and guests to enjoy. By performing duties such as mopping, vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets, maintaining the cleanliness of walls and floors in specialty care neighborhoods, you will contribute to the five-star appearance of our community.

The Custodian will also perform housekeeping responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred working in a resort, hotel, or retirement community
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work with older adults
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must have experience with floor machines and carpet extractors.
