Ninepipes Lodge in Charlo, Montana is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team! We are a fast paced, casual dining restaurant serving high quality American cuisine for breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
ROLE: This is a full-time position (40-45 hours/week) We are looking for someone creative, experienced and enthusiastic about food. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, a team-first attitude and the ability to design and execute a well rounded, casual American menu.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day to day kitchen operations; Develop and implement seasonal and special event menus and daily specials; maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation; Lead, train and schedule kitchen staff; Oversee food inventory and control food costs and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef; Strong leadership and communication skills; Comfortable in a high-volume, fast paced kitchen; Passionate about American cuisine and culinary creativity; ServSafe or food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
