What Youll Do:

As a Bartender at Fat Rosies, youll be the face of the bar, welcoming guests, crafting drinks with care, and keeping the good energy flowing. Youll also:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and speed
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all bar and restaurant guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after service
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and alcohol service standards
• Uphold all local and state liquor laws, including ID checks and responsible service
• Monitor bar inventory and communicate low stock or product needs to leadership
• Assist in restocking and closing duties to ensure bar readiness for the next shift
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create seamless guest experiences
• Help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
• High-energy, guest-first attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and Fat Rosies standards

Required Certifications:

• Valid state or local alcohol service certification
• Valid Food Handler Certification
