Hours: 2030 hours per week
Pay: From $16.50/hour + excellent tips in a high-volume environment

What Youll Do:
- Craft cocktails + mocktails and pour with precision by following recipes to spec
- Take food and drink orders at the bar with warmth, speed, and professionalism
- Support the floor staff by preparing drinks for the full-service restaurant
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked (garnishes, bottles, glassware, inventory)
- Uphold ABC Responsible Serving standards and local health guidelines
- Maintain a sanitary, well-run workspace from open to close
- Bring great energy to the room while staying composed under pressure
Experience / Requirements:
A seasoned bartender with 2+ years of experience in high-volume settings
- A people person you thrive on guest interaction and delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable with wine, cocktails, and general food & beverage knowledge
- Able to handle transactions quickly and accurately
- A team player who can balance independence and collaboration
