RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Properly set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow directives given by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
• Maintain a clean work station at all times
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food is properly plated and maintained at Reserve Cut standards
• Ensure quality of food is consistent for every dish

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurant

• 1+ years of Steakhouse experience required

• Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
• Team-player
• Strong communication

COMPENSATION : $19.00 - $21.00/ hour depending on experience
