Job Details In this role, you will work a full-time M-F schedule in an energizing, fast paced enviroment focused on delivering exceptional customer service to all Headquarter employees and visitors in our Cafe, onsite events, and catering. Your goal is to provide customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service.What Youll Do:
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ambiance in the cafe, keep cafe facilities, storage, dish room and prep station clean and organized, to provide fast and efficient service to our employees and visitors
- Ensure the cafe is fully stocked, making sure ingredients and supplies are available throughout service
- Place orders, properly receive deliveries, and manage inventory
- Follow company recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Process customer transactions, take orders, answer questions, respond in a courteous and prompt manner to internal/external requests
- Have knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and educate customers
- Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests
- Comply with health and safety standards and regulations
- Communicate all feedback
Who You Are:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to develop and maintain good relationships
- Learn and apply working knowledge of related work area processes and procedures
- Use basic information-gathering skills to problem solve
- Ability to multitask, work independently and provide support where needed
- Must be able to move throughout cafe and kitchen, move 30 lbs. and use equipment specific to your role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to execute repetitive motions for drink preparation
- Flexible availability, possibly including evenings
- Certified in Food Safety (i.e.: ServSafe)
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00)
