Makes drinks and food items for guests, utilizing excellent customer service skills. Ensures correct recipes are followed for quality control and guest satisfaction.
RequirementsEssential Job Functions:
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to follow drink recipes and follow correct procedures used in drink preparation.
- Complies with all Federal, State, and Local Laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety.
- Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies.
- Put away all food and beverage deliveries as needed in the correct areas.
- Ensure all perishable items are correctly sealed and dated.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of Coffee Shop.
- Check for expiration dates on all perishable products.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Point of Sale system.
- Follow the proper cleaning and operation of ice cream machine, adhere to the cleaning and maintenance schedule.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
