Dishwasher/Food Prep Team Member Needed!

We are looking for an experienced Dishwasher and Food Prep Team Member to join our team!

Full Time: 35-40 hours per week.
Sunday - Thursday

Qualifications:
Restaurant prep, and dishwashing experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to jump into different roles as needed

Responsibilities:
Collect used kitchenware from front of house and kitchen areas
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand (e.g., cutting boards, large pots, etc.)
Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately.
Clean equipment, floors, racks, etc.
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and place orders when necessary.
Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.
Remove garbage regularly
Sweep kitchen and front of house as needed
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
Help put orders away - must be able to lift 50lbs.
Open raw chicken and get ready for brining.
Remove raw chicken from brine - prepare for fry station.
Light prep and knife skills
Assist fry station with "back-fry" as needed. Training will be provided.

Interview Process:
Our interview process works as follows: Step 1: A 20-minute in-person interview at the restaurant. Step 2: We will invite you to work a paid try-out shift based on the first interview results. Step 3: We invite you to join the team based on your try-out shift results. With your consent, we may contact your previous employers for references.
