What Youll Do

• Prepare high-quality dishes with precision in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
• Maintain consistency by following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and kitchen efficiency.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and proper storage of ingredients.
• Work closely with chefs and mentors to develop culinary skills and techniques.

What Youll Bring

• Experience working in an upscale or fine dining kitchen preferred.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Passion for high-quality ingredients, presentation, and culinary excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
