Position: Bartender

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Tostada Regia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and strong knowledge of cocktails and food offerings. This position requires the ability to manage bar operations efficiently, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and profitable bar environment.

Requirements:

• Strong service attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Neat and professional personal appearance
• Knowledge of proper cocktail preparation, especially those served at Tostada Regia
• Familiarity with all menu items offered in the restaurant
• Proficient in using the company’s electronic systems
• Strong administrative skills to manage bar inventory and orders effectively

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers seated at the bar, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
• Greet bar guests, take food and drink orders quickly and accurately
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with age and sobriety requirements
• Monitor bar guests to ensure timely, agile, and high-quality service
• Anticipate guest needs and offer additional items as appropriate
• Accurately take and relay food orders
• Verify that food served at the bar meets presentation and quality standards
• Prepare and serve cocktails to company standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Maintain accurate inventory and match physical stock with theoretical counts
• Place orders for bar supplies and receive/store them properly
• Ensure all bar tools, equipment, and bottles are thoroughly cleaned after each shift
