THE JOB:
As a Casino Cashier Technician II , you will be essential to our casino operations, responsible for repairing and maintaining cage and cashiering equipment. Your technical skills will be matched by your dedication to providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Perform repairs as needed on cage and coin equipment, ticket redemption and jackpot machines focusing on customer service

  • Perform preventative maintenance, modifications, and relocation of ticket redemption and jackpot machines and peripheral devices

  • Responsible for ensuring all cashier ticket redemption and jackpot machines are operating within DGE regulations and in-house approved internal controls, company policies and procedures

  • Assist in drop, replacement and maintenance of the ticket redemption and jackpot machines

  • Ensure all machines on the casino floor are operating according to company standards

  • Responsible for the initial set-up and testing of all new equipment and rebuild parts/equipment during down times

  • Complete all regulatory and operational documents thoroughly and legibly

  • Assist cashiers and bankers with moving tokens, cash, and gaming vouchers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a similar resort setting

  • Working knowledge of electronic and slot equipment preferred

VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$23.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
