B's Bake Shoppe is looking for a part-time team member who is detail oriented, has an upbeat personality, able to multitask (fill multiple orders at once while being able to carry on a conversation with customers) and a positive working attitude.
We are seeking a counter person with experience in customer service in the hospitality industry, barista experience, and/or short order line cooking. The position is part time with around 20-30 hours per week, the shifts are Wednesday-Sunday with weekends required. The pay will be $15.50-$17 per hour DOE, plus tips.
Duties will include setting up/breaking down the coffee and service counter, taking and fulfilling customer orders, short order cooking which includes warming pastries and cooking and assembling sandwiches, making espresso beverages, running food and beverages, and light table service. Duties will also include scooping, portioning, and stamping in your down time. We are a small crew that relies on teamwork so there will be shared cleaning duties such as dishwashing and kitchen upkeep.

Must have or be able to obtain a current Oregon Food Handlers Card and understand food safety standards
Must have or be able to obtain an OLCC Server Permit
Able to stand for extended periods of time
