compensation: $18-$24/hr DOE plus tips

Bar is seeking a part-time Host/Bouncer/Security employee. Applicants must be over 21 years old and be dependable, outgoing, and hard-working. Shifts vary afternoons, evenings, and nights (2am latest) and at least one weekend shift a must. Duties include welcoming guests and checking IDs at the door, conflict resolution and de-escalation of tense situations, as well as helping maintain a clean and safe atmosphere.

Host/Security Duties and Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests
-Maintain a professional, neat and well groomed appearance
- Comfortable with guest interactions
- Has a positive energy and attitude
- Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (8 hours)
- Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Observant and quick to participate in all service aspects
- Good interpersonal skills (Hospitality experience a plus)
- Guard card and/or 1 year experience not necessary but a plus
- Sweep work area and sidewalk daily

Job Title: Busser / Floor Support
Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Tips (tips range from $60 to $200+ per shift)
Shifts: Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays (Sunday shift required)

Job Description:
Were looking for a reliable, motivated Busser / Floor Support team member to help keep the space clean, organized, and running smoothly. Youll be on your feet, staying proactive in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

* Clear and wipe down tables as guests finish
* Collect and sort glassware, dishes, and trash from communal areas
* Keep indoor and rooftop seating areas clean and tidy at all times
* Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and water stations
* Assist kitchen and bar staff with back-of-house cleaning or trash runs when needed
* Maintain restroom cleanliness and overall venue appearance
* Follow health and safety standards

What We're Looking For:
*Experience in fast-paced hospitality or food service settings is a plus but not required
*Positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
* Ability to move quickly and stay on task with minimal supervision
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift
* Must be available on weekends and evenings (Sunday Shift Required)
