Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, performers, and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the overall experience of one of the nation's premier performing arts centers.

Pay: $ 23.15 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: 1st Shift - 5am-1:30pm and 2nd Shift - 2pm-10:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, lobbies, hallways, dressing rooms, backstage areas, and performance spaces.
• Conduct quick and efficient cleaning during intermissions to ensure restrooms and common areas remain presentable for guests.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or spills during events.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, dynamic performing arts venue.
• May involve working around large crowds and during live events.
• Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
