WyEast Mountain Academy is looking for a qualified Cook. The ideal candidate will be a strong independent cook, who can take care of preparing breakfast and lunch menus on their own. While also adhering to company and food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations
Utilize various cooking methods, tools, and equipment including knives
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Set up and breakdown of breakfast and lunch
Washing all dishes throughout your shift
Taking care of garbage and cardboard

Job Responsibilities
Set up the Cafe
Direct staff in food preparation (when needed)
Prepare, cook, serve meals independently
Taking care of the dishwasher duties
Strong culinary background
Creative side for our clientele
