What Youll Do:
Greet patients with a smile and manage patient check-in/check-out
Schedule and confirm appointments
Support the team and keep the day flowing smoothly
Manage phone calls, emails, and patient scheduling
Verify insurance and process billing and payment
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Dental office or medical front desk experience preferred
Bilingual a bonus, but not required
