Line Cook Lunch/Dinner

This small caf/small town environment will allow a variety of opportunities for this employee in the kitchen and throughout the entire caf.

This employee will ensureeverything is prepped and ready to serve and will prepare all menu items that include a variety ofappetizers, pizzas, hamburgers, and sandwiches.

Other jobs may include unloading shipments of food and supplies, keeping the work area clean and helping where and when as needed with other back or front of the house side jobs.

It will be required to work independently at times in the kitchen preparing all items.

Hours per week can vary from 15 to 30 hours. The Caf serves lunch and dinner and shifts start at 10am or 4pm, however can very. This position allows some flexibility with scheduling.

- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

- Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

- Check the quantity and quality of received products.
