Job Details Cornerstone Restaurant Group (CRG), based in Fulton Market, is seeking Dishwashers to help lead the opening of CRGs newest restaurant, Dimmi Dimmi , nestled in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and set to open August 2025. The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Sunday dinner only, brunch on the weekends. Training will be the two weeks prior to the opening and will include day time hours. With Dimmi Dimmi , CRG is reimagining the iconic neighborhood Italian spot with bold red-sauce staples, classic cocktails, and a warm, buzzing vibe. Its where timeless tradition meets modern energy, brought to life with heartfelt hospitality and moments made to share. Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Set up workstation before meal prep begins.
• Load and unload the dishwasher.
• Wash specific dishes, glasses, and equipment by hand.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock.
• Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.

General Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school education or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently go up and down stairs throughout the shift while carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
• Frequent long periods of standing and walking are expected during the workday.
• Ability to reach for objects and stoop or bend as needed to perform job duties.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently.
• This position involves visual and auditory tasks, including the ability to see and hear adequately to perform job functions.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
