• Ensure all New York State Racing regulations and procedures are being followed
• Deliver proper clothing and equipment to jockeys prior to the race and collect after the race
• Prepare horses in paddock, including saddling and unsaddling and inserting proper weights in saddle pockets
• Clean and organize equipment
• Treats each person, guest, and team member as an individual and in a professional manner

• High school diploma, GED, or TASC preferred

• Must have the ability to be licensed by the New York State Gaming Commission

• Racetrack experience required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with thoroughbred horses

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
