Job Details Miss Ada is seeking a strong Bartender to join our team! We are open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday and brunch on Saturdays & Sundays. This position is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team in a restaurant centered around our local community. This role would require both brunch and dinner shifts on a permanent basis. Our bar & cocktail program is extremely busy. This is a high energy workplace that is the perfect fit for a someone who loves working in busy neighborhood restaurants. You must have experience in high volume environments and know how to cultivate warm hospitliaty in a fun and collaborative environment. Experience in a similar style of Brooklyn restaurant is preferred.

Ideal Skills and Knowledge:
- experience with both high volume and craft cocktail bartending
- spirit knowledge and experience working with amaros, mezcal, and local spirits
- some natural wine knowledge and a willingness to learn more about wine
- experience with NYC DOH procedures
- experience with Mediterranean cuisine and a willingness to study a large and in depth menu

This role is for 3-4 shifts per week, with a mix of evening and brunch shifts.

The role will report directly to the FOH management team, and will be guided and supported by our head bartender. Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,100
