We are seeking a polished, teamcentered Server to uphold our tradition of toptier hospitality and seamless service. The right candidate is selfless, efficient, and collaborative, with at least 3 years of fine dining experience. Youll thrive in a dynamic environment, delivering flawless table service, assisting colleagues, and enhancing every guests dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
>>Provide gracious and precise service including clearing tables, explaining evening specials, taking accurate guest orders, and making wine and cocktail recommendations
>>Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience through elegant and efficient team service
>>Maintain strong working knowledge of our food and beverage menus and communicate them professionally to guests
>>Monitor the dining room to ensure an elevated guest experience while proactively supporting front- and back-of-house team members
>>Contribute to overall team preparedness by becoming proficient in opening, closing, side work, and cleaning tasks
>>Uphold the standards and reputation our establishment in all interactions with guests and fellow team members
Qualifications:
>>Minimum of three (3) years in a fine dining restaurant, including experience with POS platforms
>>Proficiency in fine dining service standards, wine etiquette, and cocktail preparation
>>A strong team-player mindset is essential all front-of-house team is expected to learn all positions including busser
>>Bartending ability is required; prior cooking experience is a plus
>>Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
