Position Summary:

• Provides a wide range of experienced maintenance services in the repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment under the responsibility of Housing.
• Responsible for maintaining an inventory and submitting supply requests.
• Inspects buildings and reports needs or unusual conditions to supervisor.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school/vocational school education or its equivalent plus two years (2) of general maintenance experience, which includes carpentry, plumbing, electricity and mechanics.
