Bartender/Beertender

Are you passionate about craft cocktails, hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Colab-Public House is looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Bartender to join our team!

What Youll Do:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a fast-paced environment

Provide outstanding guest service and create a fun, engaging bar experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area

Follow all California ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) laws and company policies

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

Assist with bar prep, stocking, and closing duties

Qualifications:

Minimum 21 years of age (California legal requirement)

1+ year bartending experience preferred (restaurant/bar setting)

California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification REQUIRED (as of July 1, 2022)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and hospitality skills

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
