Custodian (second shift) - Support (full-time)

The Kirkwood School District is hiring a Custodian (second shift) for the 25/26 school year to support North Kirkwood Middle School.

Special Job Requirements:

• Open the building in the absence of the head custodian
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Perform cleaning during and after lunch periods
• Set up and provide support for after-school activities
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, and outdoor areas
• Respond to calls via walkie-talkie
• Deliver packages throughout the building
• Assist students with opening lockers
• Operate various custodial equipment
• Serve as a crossing guard after school
• Regular work hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with the possibility of earlier start times on special occasions

This is a full-time,12-month position, with benefits, including:

Pay starts at $17.60 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
