The Perry Hotel combines exceptional service with upland hospitality experiences in order to create a destination with a nautical focus. The Perry Hotel is a 100-room boutique property that deftly balances modern design and amenities with the nostalgia and craft of a by-gone era.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Reports for duty on time and in proper uniform.
  • Willing and able to assist guests with their needs to create the best guest experience.
  • Willing to work a rotation of in-room and common area cleaning as outlined in the schedule.
  • Cleans entire guest room according to established procedures.
  • Cleans common areas, including but not limited to public restrooms, offices, guest laundry rooms, and marina bath houses according to established procedures.
  • Replenishes all guest room and common areas supplies according to established levels.
  • Reports all repairs needed in guest rooms to Upkeep.
  • Brings all items found in vacant rooms immediately to the Guest Experience Manager.
  • Reports the status of rooms as they are completed to the Guest Experience Manager.
  • Returns equipment and supplies to the proper storage areas.
  • Follows proper safety, security, and hospitality procedures.
  • Performs all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to better serve our guests and assist team members
