The role:
As the Guest Services Coordinator atSwingers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer serviceand seamless communication between guests, the front of house operations team,and the sales department. The Guest Services Coordinator will serve as theprimary point of contact for guests providing assistance, information, andsupport to enhance their overall experience.
Our perfectcandidate has:
- 6+ months of experience in thehospitality industry (required)
- Hotel reception/front desk or eventsales/coordination experience (preferred)
- Enthusiasm and a positive personalitywith the ability to build trusting relationships with others
- Excellent customer service skills,superior interpersonal skills, and is results-oriented and highlyself-motivated
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well underpressure
- Proven organizational skills
- The capability to meet the physical andscheduling demands of the position
