THE JOB:
Step into the spotlight as a Front Services Attendant, where every guest interaction is a chance to create unforgettable WOW moments that leave a lasting impression. From opening doors to delivering VIP-level service, youll be at the heart of the actionwelcoming guests, sharing insider tips, and turning ordinary stays into extraordinary memories.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Guest Engagement & Property Knowledge: Welcome guests, open doors, and provide accurate information about rooms, dining, promotions, and navigating the property.

  • Luggage Services: Load and unload baggage, escort guests to rooms, assist with room orientation, and ensure timely delivery of personal items.

  • Issue Resolution & Incident Reporting: Address guest concerns within your authority and promptly report unusual events, missing items, or suspected theft to leadership.

  • Group & Baggage Coordination: Process tickets, handle group arrivals/departures, and maintain secure control of the luggage storage area.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 18 years of old

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • Previous concierge experience (preferred)

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$13.07This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
