What You'll Be Doing:

Keep common areas clean and welcoming (pick up trash, sweep, wipe down surfaces)

Help maintain curb appeal of the property (leaf blowing, pressure washing, etc.)

Assist with light painting, bulb replacements, and minor touch-up work

Move or remove bulk items as needed (furniture, appliances, etc.)

Deliver flyers or notices to residents

Support the maintenance team and property staff as needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Friendly attitude and a team-player mindset

No experience necessary we'll train the right candidates!
