This job will start of as temporary, but depending on you and how well you work, it can change to temp to hire! Dress code is enforced - All black pants, All black shirt, and all black shoes. Clothes and pants may not have holes or tears. No joggers, no sweats, no shorts. Monday to Friday - Some weekends may be required. 7:30am to 3:00pm - must be flexible to be able to stay longer if needed. Pay is set at $14 - $14.25 an hour. The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Must have at least 1 year of experience. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
