Mountain Cafe at Mountain Meadow Herbs is now hiring a part-time barista/prep attendant to join our energetic and welcoming team. At Mountain Cafe, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients in our recipes, along with herbal extracts to add unique flavors to many of our baked goods and drinks. Some of our signature items, such as Avocado Toast, Dam Ham Panini, Breakfast Burritos, Mountain Bowls, and scratch-made coffee syrups, are available for dine-in or to-go through our convenient drive-through window. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and personal customer service to each customer Prepare and serve customers beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, Lotus drinks, or teas Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them Prepare and serve menu items, such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods Wrap, label, or date food items for sale Receive and process customer payments for cafe items and retail store Assist customers in the retail store Clean and stock both the food service area and customer seating area Wage: $14 + tips Benefits include Generous PTO Plan Paid Holidays Off Employee Discounts Simple IRA M-F Day Shift (Saturdays are required in summer months) Meal and Drink Discounts Costco Membership Reimbursement Gym Membership Reimbursement Paid Parental Leave The position is available immediately.
