FoH PT 3 days //BOH 2 Days (Santa Monica) Breakfast by Salt's Cure 714 Montana Ave near 7th street compensation: 17.29/hr plus tips employment type: job title: Cook We need an experienced FOH, Who likes to work, needs the job and asks what can I do next. At least 5 years experience. Must be able to read and speak English. Takes direction well. Drug free & Professional. Hours are generally 7am-2pm shifts. They start at 645am and end after a full closing procedure, most of the time around 2:15. If you have BOH experience you can get an extra day in here and there. Daily operations include: Opening the restaurant, taking orders, running food, bussing tables, washing dishes, clean as you go. Restocking and Closing the restaurant. If you have BOH experience: Prepping recipes, working orders, washing dishes, opening or closing the kitchen properly. Maintaining clean work stations. Putting away produce and shipments.
