Position and Pay Details
Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Food and Beverage team as a Part-time Server/Bartender at The Chatwal Lodge. As a boutique, luxury property with 14 rooms, the Food & Beverage team at The Chatwal Lodge is a tight-knit and dynamic group and utilizes team-style service each day.
Servers/Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations on both food and beverage. Candidates should be familiar with the bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar and restaurant. Candidates should also be comfortable developing and maintaining extensive menu knowledge and handling guest dietary restrictions and allergies with the utmost care and attention to detail. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous server/bartending experience.
Candidates will be expected to participate in all areas of food and beverage service, running food and drinks, taking the lead on serving tables, as well as participating in the execution of the nightly wine pairing. Interested applicants enthusiastic to learn should not be deterred; training in all areas of the Food & Beverage department will be provided to the benefit of expanding your skillset and elevating the service we are able to provide our guests.
Pay Range: $22.00- $25.00/hour

- Must have valid Driver's License
- Restaurant/ Banquets experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
