Practice Overview:

• EMR Platform – EPIC
• Outpatient Only in Gainesville, Georgia
• Treating ages 18 years and up for Concierge Medicine
• Reduced patient capacity to ensure adequate time with each patient
• Patient walk-in access and same day/next day appointments
• Access to lab services and EKG
• Support of local specialists, including expedited labs, pharmacist-led medication overview, and nutrition counseling
• Standard adult immunizations
• Adequate support staff to maintain customer experience

Working together with Physicians like you:

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum of three years of experience preferred
• Strong desire to spend more time with patients and provide personalized, relationship-based care
• Must be available for patient needs after hours and on weekends
• Work closely with medical community to ensure smooth transition of care to hospital or specialists
• Entrepreneurially minded
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
