Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

Dates Needed: July 22, 23, 24, 25 & 28 (TuesdayFriday and the following Monday)
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Assignment Length: 5-day temporary assignment
Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to support our client in Petaluma for a short-term, full-day assignment. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant phone voice , a professional demeanor , and a strong sense of commitment to completing the full 5-day assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet and assist customers and visitors at the front desk
Transfer calls to appropriate departments or staff
Provide general front office support and maintain a welcoming environment
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Requirements:
Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant, clear phone voice
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full duration of the assignment
Comfortable working 8:00 AM 5:00 PM in an office setting
