Job DetailsFranciska is an intimate, 20-seat wine bar inspired by Argentine bodegon cuisine and rooted in Maines seasonal ingredients. Were looking for a Lead Server with wine knowledge , sharp service instincts, and genuine hospitality to help guide our front-of-house team.
This is a hands-on role in a small, high-touch environment where guests come for warmth, personality, and a curated experience.
You are:
Experienced in table service and wine sales
Confident guiding guests through a wine list, especially low-intervention and Latin American wines
Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and a natural host
Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to lead by example
Someone who values storytelling, guest connection, and quality over pretense
