We also have the Bloomington Career Academy which provides career exploration opportunities to high school students at Bloomington High School and surrounding school districts.

*As this position is a Floater position, the work hours will vary between day shift and second shift as well as building location - these are subject to change daily as needed by the district.

• In accordance with Appendix A of the Board-BESP agreement, the FY26 starting compensation will be $20.21/hour and an external hire will start with 90 days of training on first shift from 7-3:30pm (additional compensation for applicable education units completed). The position will move to second shift from 3-11:30pm after the completion of 90 days and the second shift premium (additional $0.50/hour) will be added.
• Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked.
