Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Part Time

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Admin opening! This temp to hire role offers the chance to work for a well established Lehigh Valley company and the chance to truly connect with and help people. Hours are M-F 1230/1p-5p, plus an occasional Saturday as needed. Pay is $22.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • answer phones and assist callers as able
  • communicate with doctors, hospitals and other parties to prepare death certificates and file with state
  • draw up burial permits
  • create memorial folders and prayer cards
  • prep obituaries
  • assist with other office tasks

Candidates for this role must have computer skills, office experience, and a quiet/reserved demeanor. The ability to offer empathy and maintain composure in the face of emotions is also needed.
