Full-Time Medical Receptionist

Hawaii Family Physicians is searching for a full-time Medical Receptionist, preferably with experience already in the healthcare industry.

Hours of work are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break for lunch, Monday through Friday.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Triaging incoming phone calls for medical questions, appointments, bills to pay, etc.

Knowledge and understanding of health insurance coverages, and what is due at time of service including deductibles, copays, self-pay rates, and other charges.

Entering patient information with precision and accuracy.

Utilizing EMR and billing system.
