Tuesday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Wednesday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

4 hour 10 shifts.

Job Description: Coastal Custodial is expanding its exterior cleaning services and is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Exterior Cleaning Specialist. This position involves performing a variety of exterior cleaning tasks, including pressure washing, window cleaning, and high dusting.

Responsibilities:

- Pressure washing building exteriors, sidewalks, and driveways.

- Cleaning exterior windows on various properties, including high-rise buildings.

- Using ladders and lifts to access high areas.

- Removing graffiti and other stains from surfaces.

- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.

- Maintaining and operating specialized cleaning equipment.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using ladders, lifts, and other cleaning equipment.

- Experience with graffiti removal is a plus.

- Strong understanding of safety procedures for working at heights.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
