Essential Functions:
+ Provides excellent guest service to all guests.
+ Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant customers in accordance with venue standards
+ Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
+ Maintains a sanitary environment per sanitation guidelines.
+ Uses a POS system to ring in orders, print checks, and cash out guests.
+ Deals with complaints and issues in a professional, patient manner.
+ Makes recommendations and maintains knowledge of all the menu items.
+ Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge/Work Experience:
+ Must be 21 years or older
+ High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
+ Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
+ ABC license
+ Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
