Job Description

Core Framing LLC, located at 4615 S Techlink Cir Sioux Falls, SD 57106, phone number: +..., is seeking 10 temporary full-time seasonal janitors to work at Near the intersection of 41st Street and S Broek Dr, Sioux Falls, SD 57106, from October 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow shovels or blowers, or spread snow-melting chemicals. Clean facilities or sites. Gather and empty trash. Gather supplies and equipment used in cleaning and maintenance duties.

Job Requirements

No prior education is needed; however, 3 months of janitorial or snow cleaning experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. Some weekend work required. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs for 75 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes.

Salary/Wages/Benefits

$16.47 an hour weekly, or approximately 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M. Some weekend work required. Applicants may be offered more than advertised. The wage rate may vary based on experience and/or merit. $24.71/hr for overtime. All deductions from the workers paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay biweekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. Employees who elect to live in the housing will have an additional $130 deducted from their weekly paycheck for rent. Utilities will be the responsibility of the employee.

Optional daily transportation will be provided to and from the worksite. Employees who elect daily transportation will have an additional $25 deducted from their weekly paycheck. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $16.28/day to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
