Overview:

Adecco Staffing is currently seeking dependable and skilled Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA. This full-time position offers competitive pay between $25.00 and $26.00 per hour, with 1st shift running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2nd shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. In this role, you'll be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and general facility upkeep to ensure smooth plant operations in a fast-paced, food-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on processing machinery and support equipment

*

Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections

*

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

*

Maintain tools, inventory, and work areas in safe, organized condition

*

Support ammonia refrigeration systems and update PSM/PM records

*

Complete work orders accurately and on time

*

Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements

*

Communicate maintenance issues clearly across departments

*

Assist with building and facility repairs as needed

*

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

*

High school diploma or GED required

*

1-3 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance

*

Technical training or certification in related fields preferred

*

Hands-on experience with welding, basic electrical, and refrigeration systems

*

Able to work in cold, wet, and raw material environments

*

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
